Can all types of photo and video conditions, be able to be restored and to a high quality?
While Photo and Video Restoration tools and techniques have advanced significantly, there are still potential obstacles that can affect the quality of a restored photo or video when exported and rescaled to a high resolution. Some of these obstacles include: initial photo or video quality, type and extent of damage, loss of detail, colour accuracy, as well as artifacts and anomalies.

To conduct damage repair, a couple of hours. Colourising takes a bit longer to make sure that everything is accurate. If supplied with research and reference material, this could reduce the restoration time.
Lastly for a full restoration, it may take a day or more. This all depends on the extent of the damage, quality of the photo, length of video, and all detail and information in the photograph.
